Tyre Shredder Equipment processes 900-1200mm scrap steel-belt tires into 16-40 mesh rubber powder via a three-stage system: dismantling, cutting, and low-temperature crushing. Its roller-squeeze technology replaces blades, ensuring durability (45MT cast steel frame) and low noise. Handles 1-4 tons/hour with ISO/CE certifications. Disassembly pretreatment

High-strength cutting system
No traditional blades are required. Innovative roller extrusion and cutting technology is adopted to physically fracture the tires through high-pressure rollers to avoid frequent wear of the cutter.
Low-temperature refining and crushing
The rubber is cracked into 16-40 mesh powder-grade particles using low-temperature physical shearing, which maximizes the activity of the rubber molecular structure and is easy to reuse.
45-ton one-piece cast steel main frame
Adopting high-strength cast steel one-piece molding technology, it has excellent seismic and impact resistance and can withstand long-term heavy-load operation.
Bladeless roller structure design
