1. Steel Wire Separation
Pyrolysis residue enters a cyclone separator, isolating pure carbon black powder (to storage bin) while discharging steel wires/debris from the material bin.
2. Grinding
Carbon black is fed into a grinding chamber, where high-speed cutter shear refines particles into diamond-shaped granules(enhancing rubber strength). Airflow carries powder to a cyclone collector for particle classification.
3. Modification
Add 1-5wt% modifiers during grinding to customize properties (e.g., wear resistance, tensile strength) for high-end rubber applications. Modified powder stored in silos.
4. Granulation
Powder mixed with water at a 4:6 to 6:4 ratio in a granulator, forming 0.5–2mm pellets to reduce dust pollution.
5. Drying
Pellets dried in a rotary dryer at≥140°C exit temperature, achieving<2wt% moisture for industrial standards.
6. Packaging
Automated system packs dried pellets into 20–25kg bags or 750–1000kg bulk bags for storage/sale.
