Equipment Introduction

Waste plastic refining intermittent pyrolysis equipment is specially designed for processing mixed plastics (such as PP, PE, PS, and other thermoplastic polymers). It uses pyrolysis technology to crack waste plastics into combustible oil, combustible gas, and a small amount of residue in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized plastic recycling stations, renewable resource enterprises, or independent investment users, helping to efficiently convert waste plastics into industrial fuel.
The equipment has built-in temperature control differentiation technology to prevent chlorine-containing plastics such as PVC from decomposing and producing toxic gases at inappropriate temperatures, effectively protecting system safety and operator health.
The oil has low viscosity, high ignition point, and high calorific value. After simple dehydration and filtration treatment, it can be directly used in industrial boilers, kilns, heating equipment, etc., which is economical and practical.
The non-condensable gas generated during the pyrolysis process can be used to heat the reactor, realize energy self-circulation, and reduce operating costs; the equipment has a long maintenance cycle and a high degree of automation, which is suitable for rapid deployment by small and medium-sized enterprises.

    Solid raw materials directly enter low-temperature, slight negative pressure pyrolysis processor.

    Indirect heating in inert, anaerobic environment prevents contact with flame/gases.

    Segmented temperature control vaporizes liquid phase; condensate yields oil & non-condensable gas.

    Non-condensable gas routed via water seal safety device to processor bottom for combustion.

    Flue gas enters spray tower for acid-base neutralization with alkaline lye (desulfurization).

    Neutralized gas passes adsorption tower to remove residual lye; clean gas discharged.

    Continuous Equipment: Requires less frequent but more specialized maintenance due to the complex automation.
    Batch Equipment: Requires regular maintenance between cycles, but the equipment is simpler and easier to repair.

  • What is the capacity and productivity of the machine?

    The capacity can be customized according to customer's requirements. Normally, a single line can do from 50kg to 50 tons. The oil yield and other products depend on the type of material processed. Please contact customer service for more details.

  • How long does it take to ship and do you provide help with assembly?

    Usually, it takes in 60 days for manufacturing and the delivery depends on the port of arrival. Our port of departure is Lianyungang Port by default and customers can also designate the departure port.

  • What is the warranty period and the after-sales support you provide?

    Our warranty period is about 1 year which is also negotiable. We will provide the replacement parts, maintenance support, and instructions for use for workers. We have engineers for on-site installation support. Our engineer can arrive at your factory at any time after installation. It does not have a limitation of time.

  • What are the key differences between continuous pyrolysis plant and batch pyrolysis plant?

    Continuous Plant: Operates 24/7 with no downtime, making it suitable for large-scale operations. Automation is high, and labor requirements are minimal. Generally use rubber powder for a continuous feed process.
    Batch Plant: Operates in cycles, requiring more manual intervention and downtime between batches. It is more suited for small to medium-scale operations. Typically feed entire tires into the system for pyrolysis.

  • What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quotation?

    Key information such as raw materials, daily processing capacity, project location, etc.

  • If I don't go to your company, how can I get the product progress?

    For each project, we will assign an exclusive project team, and there will be a dedicated person in charge to inform the project progress on time.
