The equipment is designed for the resource utilization of waste tires. It adopts intermittent pyrolysis process to perform high-temperature cracking of whole or shredded tires in an oxygen-free or oxygen-deficient environment, and finally obtains high-value-added products such as fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire. The system operates stably and meets environmental standards. It is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized waste tire recycling and refining.

Usually, it takes in 60 days for manufacturing and the delivery depends on the port of arrival. Our port of departure is Lianyungang Port by default and customers can also designate the departure port.
Our warranty period is about 1 year which is also negotiable. We will provide the replacement parts, maintenance support, and instructions for use for workers. We have engineers for on-site installation support. Our engineer can arrive at your factory at any time after installation. It does not have a limitation of time.
