The whole process is operated at normal pressure, without the need for a vacuum pump system, with a simpler structure and more convenient maintenance. It is suitable for primary pyrolysis oil processing scenarios and reduces operating costs.
Equipped with a high-efficiency catalytic tower or decolorization and deodorization unit, it can effectively remove acidic gases, sulfides, and odor molecules in the oil, making the product fuel cleaner and lighter in odor.
There is a multi-layer distillation structure in the atmospheric pressure tower, which recovers oil products with different boiling points according to temperature distribution, and stores light fuel, diesel fuel and heavy oil separately to meet diversified market needs.

Engine oil is distilled into base oil. Pyrolysis oil is distilled and fractionated to obtain gasoline, diesel, and residual oil.
The capacity can be customized according to customer's requirements. Normally, a single line can do from 50kg to 50 tons. The oil yield and other products depend on the type of material processed. Please contact customer service for more details.
The quality of distillate diesel depends on the type of vehicle being used. It can typically be mixed with normal diesel at a ratio of 10%-20% for use in cars and trucks.
Usually, it takes in 60 days for manufacturing and the delivery depends on the port of arrival. Our port of departure is Lianyungang Port by default and customers can also designate the departure port.
Our warranty period is about 1 year which is also negotiable. We will provide the replacement parts, maintenance support, and instructions for use for workers. We have engineers for on-site installation support. Our engineer can arrive at your factory at any time after installation. It does not have a limitation of time.
