Equipment Introduction

The daily processing capacity reaches 30-40 tons/day (30-40T/day), which meets the needs of medium and large refining enterprises or centralized disposal centers. Micro-negative pressure process design is adopted to prevent the leakage of harmful gases. The fully closed feeding system (Sealed Feeding) ensures the safety of the operating environment and complies with occupational health and environmental protection regulations. Equipped with a dual condensation system (Dual Condensation), 40%~55% of the fuel oil can be recovered, with stable quality, which can be used as industrial fuel or further refining. Non-condensable gases (Non-condensables) are reused for reactor heating to achieve energy self-circulation and reduce energy consumption costs. The continuous pyrolysis equipment for oil sludge refining has become a key technical equipment for solving the solid waste problem in the petroleum refining industry with its multiple advantages such as efficient processing capacity, high fuel oil recovery rate, automatic operation, safety and environmental protection, and energy self-sufficiency. It not only realizes the harmless and reduced treatment of hazardous waste, but also creates considerable economic value through resource regeneration. It is widely used in oil fields, refineries, hazardous waste treatment centers, and other fields.

Process Description
  • 1. Automated Feeding

    Crushed tire powder conveyed via sealed negative-pressure system to pyrolysis equipment. Fully automated, leak-free.

  • 2. Indirect Micro-Negative Pressure Pyrolysis

    Rubber powder pyrolyzed at >200°C under slight negative pressure using natural gas/fuel heat. No oxygen contact.

  • 3. Oil & Gas Separation

    Vaporized hydrocarbons depressurized → cooled → condensed into rubber additives (liquid) and C5- gases (non-condensable).

  • 4. Self-Sustaining Gas Recycling

    Purified C5- gas fuels pyrolysis furnace. Saves 50% external energy with zero pollution.

  • 5. Flue Gas Treatment

    Combustion flue gas undergoes:

    Alkali neutralization (desulfurization)

    Adsorption tower purification

    Clean discharge after particulate removal

    The capacity can be customized according to customer's requirements. Normally, a single line can do from 50kg to 50 tons. The oil yield and other products depend on the type of material processed. Please contact customer service for more details.

  • How long does it take to ship and do you provide help with assembly?

    Usually, it takes in 60 days for manufacturing and the delivery depends on the port of arrival. Our port of departure is Lianyungang Port by default and customers can also designate the departure port.

  • What is the warranty period and the after-sales support you provide?

    Our warranty period is about 1 year which is also negotiable. We will provide the replacement parts, maintenance support, and instructions for use for workers. We have engineers for on-site installation support. Our engineer can arrive at your factory at any time after installation. It does not have a limitation of time.

  • What are the key differences between continuous pyrolysis plant and batch pyrolysis plant?

    Continuous Plant: Operates 24/7 with no downtime, making it suitable for large-scale operations. Automation is high, and labor requirements are minimal. Generally use rubber powder for a continuous feed process.
    Batch Plant: Operates in cycles, requiring more manual intervention and downtime between batches. It is more suited for small to medium-scale operations. Typically feed entire tires into the system for pyrolysis.

  • What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quotation?

  • If I don't go to your company, how can I get the product progress?
