Equipped with an intelligent automatic feeding system, the plant enables precise and quantitative feeding; the horizontal rotary reactor adopts segmented temperature control technology to ensure efficient pyrolysis of solid wastes in an oxygen-free environment; subsequently, the multi-stage condensation system realizes precise extraction of fuel oil, and the supporting carbon black collection and purification system can simultaneously collect pyrolysis carbon black.

The entire process achieves a fully automated closed-loop operation, with core energy consumption indicators significantly lower than the industry average and long-term stable product conversion rates. It fundamentally replaces traditional disposal methods such as landfilling and incineration, realizing the harmless treatment and high-value utilization of solid wastes.During the exhibition, JinPeng’s technical team will be on-site throughout, explaining technical processes and sharing project experience with visiting guests through global case studies.
