Polish Delegation Visits Shangqiu Jinpeng Industrial for Waste Pyrolysis & Recycling Technology Tour

Recently, a Polish customer delegation paid an in-depth visit to Shangqiu Jinpeng Industrial Co., Ltd. to inspect our waste recycling solutions, pyrolysis plants, and large-scale project cases. The delegation visited three key sites: Pyeongtaek in South Korea, Shangqiu Headquarters Factory, and Heze in Shandong Province, highly recognizing our technology, manufacturing strength, and project performance.

1. Pyeongtaek, South Korea | 10 TPD Batch Plastic Pyrolysis Plant
The delegation first inspected our 10 TPD batch plastic pyrolysis plant in Pyeongtaek, which is dedicated to urban waste recycling and plastic resource utilization. The equipment features stable operation, eco-friendly design, and high oil output, converting waste plastic into fuel oil and recyclable resources efficiently. Both sides had in-depth talks on municipal solid waste treatment and circular economy solutions.

2. Shangqiu Headquarters | Intelligent Manufacturing Base
Next, the delegation visited our headquarters manufacturing base in Shangqiu. They toured our standardized workshops, assembly lines, and testing center, learning more about our waste tyre/plastic pyrolysis equipment, crushing & sorting machines, and carbon black deep processing lines. The Polish guests spoke highly of our strong R&D, strict quality control, CE & ISO certifications, and global project experience, expressing full satisfaction with our production capacity and delivery capability.

3. Heze, Shandong | 50 TPD Continuous Tyre Pyrolysis Plant
Finally, the delegation visited our 50 TPD continuous waste tyre pyrolysis project in Heze, a large-scale benchmark project for tyre recycling. This fully automatic system runs 24/7 with high efficiency, energy self-sufficiency, and low emissions, turning waste tyres into fuel oil, recycled carbon black, and steel wire. It fully demonstrates Jinpeng’s leading technology in large-scale continuous pyrolysis.
