In 2023, a 30-ton daily-capacity continuous pyrolysis plant was successfully launched in Malaysia, addressing the nation’s growing waste tire issue while boosting renewable energy. By converting discarded tires into pyrolysis oil, the facility eases landfill strain, cuts pollution, and advances a circular economy.

Tailored to Malaysia’s needs—where rising tire waste from industry and vehicles is a key concern—the system operates efficiently with flexible scheduling. The pyrolysis oil serves as fuel or industrial feedstock, while further processing yields carbon black and steel wire, enhancing both economic and environmental gains.

As a full-service provider, we supported the entire project lifecycle—design, installation, and supervision—ensuring compliance with local environmental and safety standards. On-site training empowered local staff to manage operations independently.
